Overview

The awards hold a special place in our history and we are very proud and humbled to think that our staff speak so highly of Workpower.
Shane O'Connor, CEO, Workpower Incorporated
Winner of two Best Employer Awards in 2009

Companies entering the Best Employer Awards participate by completing the a short engagement and advocacy survey, uniquely designed by Insync Surveys for the WA business market with a strong emphasis on employee engagement.

Now in its second year, the awards are looking to identify organisations in Western Australia that are engaging their staff and building successful businesses as a result.

As a participant organisation your staff will complete an engagement survey and your CEO or HR Manager will complete a questionnaire to supplement your results.

The findings, given to you as a one page report, will help you celebrate success with your employees, give you a chance to boost your employer brand and assist with goal setting for areas requiring improvement.

By giving your employees a voice, your organisation has a chance to be selected as a Best Employer in 2010 increasing your branding and profile your company as an employer of choice while also being able to expose the issues driving employee engagement in Western Australia.

Organisations that make the winners list will be publically recognised in the WA Business News editorial feature and at the Gala Luncheon in June 2010. Last year over 350 guests attended this exciting event. To view pictures of the day click here.

Winners will have high levels of employee engagement and advocacy. Their people will be deeply committed and will have personally invested in the success of their organisation. Employees from winning organisations will enjoy their jobs and look forward to coming to work each day.

The awards will recognise outstanding performance in the following organisation size categories; small (25-50 employees in WA); medium (51-200 employees in WA) and large (201+ employees in WA). Insync Surveys will also issue a special award to the organisation with the highest employee advocacy levels.

These Awards are a unique program designed specifically for Western Australian industries and will be one of the only avenues to accurately determine where your organisation is placed compared to the rest of the state.
