The Best Employer Awards are open to Western Australian organisations across all industries. |

Participants must fall within the following three sizing categories:
1. Small 25 – 50 employees in WA
2. Medium 51 – 200 employees in WA
3. Large 201+ employees in WA

It is essential that 60% of staff complete the survey in order to receive the most accurate results. |
| |
|
| To maximise the accuracy of findings, the medium and large organisations must have the survey completed by at least 60% of staff. Small organisations will require a 60% response rate at minimum or at least 20 responses, whichever is higher. |
