The Best Employer Awards are open to Western Australian organisations across all industries that fall within the following three categories:

1. Small 25 – 50 employees in WA
2. Medium 51 – 200 employees in WA
3. Large 201+ employees in WA

Entering these Awards will give you a unique and accurate insight into your employee engagement and how well it ranks against all other organisations.

Cost of registrations is $1,500 + GST which includes 2 x tickets to the Gala Luncheon which will be held in June 2010. Your organisation will also receive a copy of your one page engagement report.
Please note: paper surveys involve an additional fee of $2500 for up to 250 paper forms.

Confidentiality of employee data and online surveying

All surveys will be compiled by Insync Surveys in line with the privacy and confidentiality policy on their website. This policy informs survey invitees that their responses may be used for the purposes of research. It also guarantees that respondents' identities will not be linked to their responses. A list of high performers will be published. Results for the award winning organisations will be shared with WA Business News to help with the special editorial feature which will be published in June 2010.
